About Me

I am a professional educator and amateur quilter. I took up quilting about 4 years ago when my sister sent me a quilt and I liked it so much I wanted to be able to make quilts of my own. I don't exactly enjoy sewing, but I like planning a new project, picking fabric and sharing the finished product. I can deal with the sewing, since it's a necessary part of the process. I tend to do a lot more quilting on school breaks than the rest of the year.
